Legalium Solutions ("we", "us") provides legal process outsourcing support to law firms and businesses in the United States. This policy explains what personal information we collect through legaliumsolutions.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Last updated September 28, 2026.

Information we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, firm or organization, state, the service you are interested in, and the message you write. Like most websites, our hosting provider may also record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited, for security and reliability.

Please keep privileged details out of the form

The contact form is for a first inquiry only. Do not include client names, case facts, privileged material or other confidential matter details in it. Every engagement begins with a signed non-disclosure agreement, and documents should only be shared after that is in place, through the secure channel we agree with you.

How we use it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use inquiry details for advertising.

Who else handles your information

We rely on a small number of service providers to run the site. Your form submission is passed to a form-processing service (Web3Forms) so it can be delivered to our inbox. The site is hosted by Hostinger, and it loads fonts from Google Fonts and a script library from Cloudflare's cdnjs. When your browser requests those files, those providers can see your IP address. Our email is provided by Google Workspace. We only share information with providers as needed to operate the site and respond to you.

Cookies and tracking

We do not set advertising or analytics cookies on this website. Third-party services mentioned above may process technical data as described in their own policies.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage any working relationship, and then delete them or keep only what the law or sound record keeping requires.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS, our systems are access-controlled, and we handle client documents under written confidentiality terms. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, which is why we ask you not to send sensitive matter details through the website.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the state you live in, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. To make a request, email us at the address below and tell us which state you are in. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and legal professionals and is not directed to children under 18.
